At MyPicasso we take great pride in the quality of our printed books. Because every book is custom-made to order specifically for you, our refund policy reflects the nature of personalised print products.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns under any circumstances except where a book arrives physically damaged or with a verified print defect, in which case we will reprint the order at no charge. No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
We encourage you to carefully review your book in the app preview before placing your order.
If your book arrives physically damaged during delivery or with a printing defect (e.g. missing pages, incorrect colours, blurry images, pages out of order), please email us at support@mypicasso.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order with:
We will assess your claim and, if valid, reprint and redeliver your book at no charge. We do not offer cash refunds for defective items — we will always reprint.
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us at support@mypicasso.co.za. We will investigate with our courier and, if the order is confirmed lost, we will reprint and redeliver at no charge.
MyPicasso is not liable for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer at checkout. Please check your delivery details carefully before placing your order. In such cases we may, at our sole discretion, offer to redeliver at a cost to cover shipping.
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by emailing support@mypicasso.co.za with your order number. After this window your order will have entered the print production queue and cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact us at support@mypicasso.co.za before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving any billing issues quickly and fairly.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA).
